Plum blossoms and bees
Plum blossoms in my yard had started blooming around February 20th this year.
Thanks to the sunny weather over the past few days, they have started to bloom all at once.
These white flowers are Prunus mume 'Nanko'.

These double bloom with pink flowers are a type called Prunus mume 'Hanakami'.
When the flowers started blooming, the daytime temperature was around 10 degrees Celsius (50 degrees Fahrenheit), but today the temperature has risen to nearly 20 degrees Celsius (78 degrees Fahrenheit), and the bees have started buzzing.
So I suspended artificial pollination today.
